2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information for shipments, including contents, value, weight, and destination details.
2.2 Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that shipments comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements in origin, transit, and destination countries.
2.3 Packaging: Proper packaging is required to ensure safe transportation. FreshFlow Logistics is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Quotes: Pricing estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, and other factors.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 12% per month.
3.3 Taxes and Fees: The Client is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or additional fees.

4. Liability & Limitations
4.1 Insurance: FreshFlow Logistics provides limited liability for shipments as per industry standards. Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request at the Client’s expense.
4.2 Exclusions: We are not liable for losses or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or acts beyond our control.
4.3 Loss or Damage Claims: Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within [insert number] days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

5. Confidentiality
